Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1M Ω due to long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven at around 200 degree or heated by reducing the voltage until the insulation resistance is restored. The low-temperature fluid medium passes through a pipeline and enters its inlet under pressure. It follows a specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating container and is designed using fluid thermodynamics principles to take away the high-temperature thermal energy generated in the electric heating element, causing the temperature of the heated medium to rise. The outlet of the electric heater obtains the high-temperature medium required by the process.
Firstly, it is necessary to clarify a basic knowledge that the resistance value of electric heating tubes is fixed and unchanging: resistance value=rated voltage * rated voltage/rated power (rated voltage and rated power are given during product design, and the resistance value can be determined based on these two parameters)
Actual power=operating voltage * operating voltage/resistance value
The actual power is closely related to the voltage used. When the voltage is high, the actual power will increase, and it is a multiple of squares relationship. For example, for an electric heating tube with a rated voltage of 220V and a rated power of 1000W, if a voltage of 380V is connected, the actual power obtained from the above formula is 2983.47W, which is close to three times the original rated power.
So, unless the original power is designed to be very small, 220V electric heating tubes cannot be directly connected to 380V voltage. However, multiple 220V electric heating tubes with the same power can be connected to 380V three-phase electricity using a star connection method, so that each phase is 220V.
